For goods purchased in "Megatechnica", warranty service provides the service center,
located in Tbilisi, Gvetadze st. # 6.
For warranty service customer must submit a guarantee ticket, which will be tested by serial number and press of "Megatechnica".
Warranty period of refrigerators is 2 years and for other goods a year, from the date of sale.
In warranty period any repair of factory defect and warranty service is free of charge.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Any mechanical damage;
- Defects caused by high voltage;
- In case of arbitrary repair.
- Defects caused by changes in product design, as a result of arbitrary repair.
- Remote controls (for all products);
- Filters, tubes, bags (air conditioner, washing machine, vacuum cleaner);
- Warranty period has expired.
Warranty service after the expiry is requiring payment.
In the service center, the craftsmen (who have got the qualification from foreign suppliers) will serve you.
