Terms of delivery

Delivery:

  • "Omega" LLC (trademark "Megatechnica") offers free delivery service throughout the following cities: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi and Batumi. The delivery time in the mentioned cities is determined by 2-16 working days.

 

  • Delivery in the regions, also, in cases when the item is delivered from the region to the customer in any of the above-mentioned cities, the delivery period is defined as 5-21 working days.

 

  • Delivery in the regions, also in cases when the item is delivered from the region to the customer in any of the above-mentioned cities, the shipping market rates apply. The shipping fee depends on the region, weight and volume of the item. The website will calculate the delivery cost before payment.

 

  • If the company fails to deliver the goods within the above-mentioned period, the customer has the right to determine an additional reasonable delivery period for the company and after the ineffective expiration of this period, refuse the contract.

 

  • The company will deliver the item to the customer at the address indicated by the customer at the time of placing the order

 

  •  In Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, and Batumi, item delivery to an upper floor is free of charge, provided that the necessary conditions for transportation are met (e.g., a functioning elevator, the item fits in the elevator, etc.). If the building lacks the required conditions for lifting the item, a paid delivery service applies. The cost of delivering a single item to an upper floor depends on the number of floors, with a rate of 10-15 GEL per floor. For two or more items, a possible discount may be calculated on-site based on the difficulty of delivery. Customers have the right to decline the floor delivery service.
  • * Floor delivery is not available in other regions of Georgia, except for Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi, and Kutaisi.

    ** Exceptions include small appliances, smartphones, laptops, and accessories – in these cases, floor delivery is not provided in any region of Georgia.

 

  • In case of late delivery due to the customer (not answering the phone, not being at the delivery address, etc.), the company will not cancel the customer's order and will not reimburse the delivery fee. In this case, the item will be placed at the address of the closest branch to the customer's address or in the appropriate warehouse, the cost of transportation (taking it to the place) should be paid by the customer himself.

 

  • In case of incomplete contact information, inaccurate address and lack of delivery instructions, the responsibility for the delay/non-delivery of the item lies with the customer. In such a case, the ordered item can be delivered to the specified address repeatedly, if the customer pays an additional delivery fee when the item is delivered to the place.

 

  • At the time of delivery of the item, adequate conditions must be provided on site (including: an elevator to move the item to the upper floors) and be available for safe delivery of the item. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, cost or expense that may appear if the Customer fails to provide the appropriate conditions necessary to reach the place of delivery.

 

  • The user has the right not to use the delivery service and to pick up the purchased item himself from any of the company's branches or warehouses.

 

  • The cost of installation of the purchased item will be paid by the customer.
